• The Data on emerging trends in Information Technology are accompanied by additional qualitative and quantitative information collected by the owner of the Site through direct interviews (primary online and/or offline research) to obtain frequency distributions and aggregate summary measures which guarantee, in any case , anonymity to interested parties.

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of data is the consent freely given by the interested party

For the data collected which is part of one of our databases (customer records, IT and non-IT decision makers of end-user companies) and the provision of data:

• with respect to the purposes of the processing expressed in the points f), g) of paragraph 2 (Purpose of processing), is also optional and their use is conditional on the granting of explicit consent.
• any refusal will make it impossible for the owner of the Site to send newsletters, or carry out market analyzes and research.

The processing of the interested party’s Personal Data will be carried out using suitable paper and electronic tools with logic strictly related to the above purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data itself.

• The data are kept for the time strictly necessary to manage the purposes for which the data are collected in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations.
• In any case, the owner of the Site applies rules that prevent the storage of data indefinitely and therefore limits the storage time in compliance with the principle of minimizing data processing.

The processing of the data collected is carried out by internal staff of the owner of the Site identified and authorized for this purpose, according to specific instructions given in compliance with current legislation:

• Do not transfer them or make them available to third parties, partially or totally unless explicitly authorized by the interested party (Customer, User of the services) and in any case, even if in possession of authorization, always in compliance with current legislation regarding processing.
• Do not use it for any reason, except for activities relating to the consents acquired.
• Treat them in a transparent manner in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on processing
• The data of the interested party will not be disclosed.

At any time in relation to their Personal Data, the interested party may exercise the rights provided within the limits and under the conditions set out in articles 7 and 15-22 of the Regulation.
In detail, the interested party has the right to:

• Request portability

• Revoke consent, oppose the processing or request the cancellation, modification or updating of all personal information by contacting the owner of the Site.

The information we collect will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in the “Purposes of processing” section above, in line with our legitimate interest in the processing or for a period specifically required by applicable regulations or laws, such as retention of information for regulatory reporting purposes.
When determining the relevant retention periods, we will consider factors such as:

• our contractual obligations and rights in relation to the information involved;
• legal obligation(s) under applicable law to retain data for a certain period of time;
• limitation period under the applicable law(s);
